Yes, for free. We check every file by hand before it prints and flag anything that needs fixing.

Yes. Digital proofs are free on request, and we do not print until you approve.

Most products are ready in 2 to 5 business days. Raised foil and spot UV business cards, custom chocolates and trade show displays take 10 to 14 business days. The product page shows the ready date for your options. See Turnaround Times.

Sometimes. It depends on how busy the shop is. Press Need it sooner? Ask us on the product page, or call us, and we will tell you if we can and what it costs before you pay. See Rush orders.

If we made the mistake, we reprint free, no questions asked. If the mistake was in a file you approved, we offer a discounted reprint.

Yes. Pickup at our Winnipeg shop is always free, and we email you as soon as your order is ready. Our address and opening hours are on the Shipping and Pickup page.

Yes. We can deliver your order ourselves on our next delivery run. Checkout shows local delivery, with its price, when it is offered for your address.

Yes, by tracked courier to every province and territory, usually 3 to 7 business days after production. Checkout shows each carrier's price and delivery time.

Yes. The product page shows the price for each quantity, and we quote custom rates for large or recurring orders. Ask for a quote or use our contact form.

All major credit cards online. Business customers we have set up for it can also pay later with a purchase order (PO). Pickup orders can also be paid in person by debit, credit or cash.
