These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Print It On website and services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or the artwork cannot be printed. If we cannot fulfill an order you have paid for, we will refund it.

Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Helcim). You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Your content and your responsibilities

You keep ownership of the artwork and designs you upload or create.
You grant us the limited right to use your files only to produce, proof, and ship your order.
You confirm you have the right to use everything in your files, including images, fonts, logos, and trademarks, and that printing them does not infringe anyone's rights.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or otherwise prohibited. We may decline to print such content.

Proofs and approval

Where a proof is provided, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully for spelling, layout, colours, sizing, and accuracy. We print what you approve. Errors present in approved artwork are not our responsibility.

Colour and print variation

Colours on a screen can differ from printed results, and slight variation between print runs is normal in the printing industry. Unless agreed in advance, we do not guarantee an exact colour match to your screen.

Design tool and templates

Our online design editor and templates are provided for creating artwork for orders placed with us. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our templates or tools.

Turnaround and shipping

Turnaround times are estimates and begin once artwork is approved and payment is received. Shipping times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Returns, refunds, and reprints

Because our products are custom printed to your specifications, they generally cannot be returned or refunded once approved and produced. If your order arrives defective or differs from your approved proof due to our error, contact us promptly and we will arrange a reprint or other suitable resolution.

Our intellectual property

The website, design tools, branding, and content (other than your own files) belong to Print It On and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
