Your files and the print PDF

Your uploaded artwork, designs, proofs, and print-ready files are stored securely and used only to produce your order. Low-resolution proofs and invoices are available to you in your account. The final high-resolution print file is kept for production use and is not made available for download, which protects the integrity of your order.

Cookies

Essential cookies are always on, because the website cannot work without them. They keep you logged in, remember your cart, and save your theme and consent choices.

Analytics and advertising cookies are used only after you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. When you consent, we load Google Tag Manager, which in turn may run Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Microsoft Advertising. These help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. If you choose "Necessary only", none of these load. You can change your mind any time by clearing your browser cookies for this site.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to fulfill orders and provide support. Financial and tax records are kept for the period required by Canadian law (generally six to seven years). When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to records we are required by law to keep.
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential uses.

To make a request, email us at info@printiton.ca with the subject "Privacy request." We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.

Security

We protect your information with measures such as encrypted connections, restricted access, secure file storage, and a payment process where card data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and have a plan to respond quickly if an issue ever occurs.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
