About Large Posters

Poster printing is the simplest way to make your message big. Print It On prints large posters in full colour in Winnipeg for events, stores, offices and classrooms, from a single poster to a stack for every window in town.

Who uses large posters

Our poster printing suits anyone who needs to be seen from a distance:

  • Concerts, shows and community events

  • Store windows, sales and new product launches

  • Trade show booths and conference displays

  • Office, school and clinic notices

  • Photo prints and wall decor

Sizes
  • 18 x 24 inches: big enough to stop people in a hallway or on a bulletin board.

  • 24 x 36 inches: the classic large poster size, made to be seen across a room.

  • 36 x 48 inches: our largest poster, for windows, walls and displays.

Every poster prints in full colour, on one side. Order one or as many as you need.

Lamination

Choose no lamination, or add a gloss lamination for a shiny, protective layer that stands up to handling and makes colours richer. Lamination is a good idea for posters that will be touched, moved or used more than once.

How to order
  • Upload your file: press Upload My File on this page and send your artwork. Set it up at the final size, with bleed. We check every file for free before it prints, and you can ask for a proof before printing at checkout.

  • Ask us to design it: no artwork yet? Our in-house design team can make your poster for you. Request a quote and tell us what you need.

Turnaround, pickup and shipping

Your ready date shows on this page as you make your choices, so you know when your posters will be ready before you check out. In a hurry? Press Need it sooner? Ask us under the ready date, and we will tell you if we can do it and what it costs. Pick up free at our Winnipeg shop, or have your order shipped anywhere in Canada, with the shipping rate shown at checkout. See shipping and pickup for the details.

Want your poster rigid, on an easel? See foamcore boards. Need it outside? Try vinyl banners. Handing out copies? Order flyers to match.

Frequently asked questions

What resolution should my file be?

For the sharpest large posters, aim for 300 DPI at the final size, as our file requirements page explains. Every file gets a free check before poster printing starts, and we tell you if an image looks too low.

Which size should I choose?

Think about distance. For a hallway or bulletin board, 18 x 24 works well. To be seen across a room or a street, go for 24 x 36 or 36 x 48.

Should I add lamination?

Choose gloss lamination if the poster will be handled, moved or reused. For a short event on a wall, no lamination is fine.

Can I order just one poster?

Yes. Order a single poster, or more for a campaign.
